The Challenge
IFB is one of India’s leading home appliance brands, with a growing portfolio of connected appliances designed to make everyday living more convenient. The My IFB App brings multiple interactions into one digital environment, including appliance monitoring and control, product purchases, service requests, and access to IFB essentials.
With multiple products, functions, and customer journeys coming together within the app, the challenge was to create an experience that felt simple, intuitive, and consistent, while remaining aligned with IFB’s established brand identity.

Our Approach
CI360 worked on the UI/UX design for the IFB App, focusing on creating a clear and user-friendly interface across different customer journeys.
The design approach focused on information architecture, navigation, screen hierarchy, interaction flows, and visual consistency, helping users move more intuitively between appliance-related functions, services, and other features.
The UI was developed to complement IFB’s brand language while creating a contemporary digital experience capable of supporting its expanding ecosystem of connected appliances. IFB continues to position the My IFB App as an important part of its connected appliance experience, including remote appliance control through Wi-Fi.
