The Challenge

Peanutji needed to build a distinctive identity in a familiar and highly competitive food category. The opportunity was to create a brand that could communicate the natural, wholesome character of peanuts and traditional flavours, while still feeling contemporary, friendly, and relevant to today’s consumer.

The challenge was to ensure that the brand could stand out visually while retaining the simplicity and authenticity inherent in the product.

The Strategic Question

How do we turn a simple, everyday product into a brand with its own distinctive personality and shelf presence?

Our Approach

CI360 developed Peanutji’s brand, packaging, and marketing identity, creating a cohesive visual system around the product.

The logo uses the form of a peanut in its shell, creating an immediate connection with the product while reinforcing authenticity, simplicity, and its natural roots. A playful visual treatment was used to give Peanutji a friendly and approachable personality, balancing traditional flavour cues with a more contemporary expression.

The identity was then carried into the packaging and wider marketing language, ensuring that the brand had a consistent and recognisable presence beyond the logo itself.

Giving a Simple Product a Distinctive Personality

CI360 helped transform Peanutji from an everyday product into a memorable consumer brand, bringing together identity, packaging, and visual storytelling to create a personality that feels natural, approachable, and distinctly its own.
